In this case I think it's a matter of quantity over quality. You never know how useful a piece of information is when you first lay eyes on it.

We need to gather up all the written history of Somalia and use it to build a chronology of events, and put dates and places and details to names and legends

Once we have an omnibus of Somali written history then we can use that written history to start going after the unwritten history, dig up the lost cities, unearth the stone monuments, etc.

Hello Brother James!

How is your theory on the horn baboons ?
Wat about your Erer Theory, the link between Borana and the Boons.

Lately I became adept of one of your many theories : the North to South migration!
Have you ever heard of a sultan of the current north somalia known as Haajji Tarree?

Unfortunately, I couldnt yet find any confirming data for my Bantu theory!
But I am still persuaded horners are closer to Bantus than to the filthy arab rapers!

Please shed your enlightening opinion!
Share your discoveries or knowledge on the north to south migration!
I am convinced some oromo clans participated in that migration too.

Respectfully

B.
You have a problem with arabs and BANTUS, so are you Assyrian?

:D

Taking into account your constructive critics, I am reformulating my theory!
I will show up with brand new theory, with brand new name!

I am still 100% positive there is a gene continuum between Bantus and horners, as there is no natural barrier (like seas mountains...)between us!

Bareento is probably half Bantu. Maybe that explains why he thinks like this.

He is not a pure Oromo.

Actually over 40,000 years!

Bantus are completely unrelated to the Horners.

Somali obsession with Bantus is hilarious!
evidence show proper bantus r found only in somalia among other horn countries!
u r the only one who have blood connection with proper bantus, and u r the one rejecting them :D

this is really disturbing

There is no blood connection.

They only arrived in Somalia in the past 300 years. Before that time, there was not a single Bantu in the Somali lands. Meaning most Somalis have 0% Bantu blood.

Bantus are of a completely different race (genetically) from Somalis.

i think they are indigenous to the riverine regions..
we are the immigrants into the area..
when the arabs and persians were founding moqadishu and other coastal cities, they encountered bantus not somalis or oromos.
