The question of Somalia's Unity is still unresolved and hence still representative of the republic that formed in 1960 in addition to that this same republic has 3 distinct governments that all seek representation at the world stage.

I may possibly shift my stance on your recognition purely because you are in an strategic location as a counter balance to the existance of pirateland. Lets be honest, even with Russian military & economic aid you would still play second fiddle to Majerteen and Hawiye sub-clans in Somali politics, no one will nor has anyone ever taken you guys seriously.
