The bottom line is this, Somalia does not constitute Hawiye and "condoms" whoever they may be, so if I were you I'd stick referring anything in favor of Hawiye and "condoms" as such and not "Victory for the Somali people," as you put it.
Yes, Mahiga's fair and balanced approach is well received in Somalia and in particular Puntland. As he said, those so used to existing in a world of violence and impunity must be dealt with.
