Qabri Daarood and Qaraabo Hawiye

Postby guhad122 » Sun Jun 19, 2011 4:08 pm

Archer;
I never heard of that; is that a real Maah-Maah :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:
"Qabri Daarood iyo Qaraabo Hawiye minda lama arag".

If that is a true Maah-Maah; then what I have said so many times is true; there is no such thing as Daarood and Hawiye...These are just myths...

Remember that there is a Somali maah-maah that says "Soomaalidu been waa sheegtaa beense ma' maah-maahdo".

You understood the proverb wrong saaxib. It actually means that hawiye people have a culture that values the individualism while darood culture does not and is nepotistic by nature. Basically hawiye do not care about qaraabo while daroods do.

So if that is your interpretation; then what does Qabri to do with Daarood? If I am a Daarood, and say for example I champion for the greater cause of Daarod, then how does Qabri relate to this notion?

Unless Archerr is pulling Guhad's leg, I kind of take Guhad's side. The maahmaah in my interpretation is saying both Darod and Hawiye are fake. There was no such existence of a Darod and Hawiye have no family ties to each other; basically no Darod or Hawiye existed.

Hawiyuhu qabuuraha misa qabriyada qaraabadooda/eheladooda ayay siyaartaan while they did not give a fvk about the well being of their relatives when they were alive while it is the opposite for daroods. :lol:

Not free from Zenawi's grip you are fooling yourself to think otherwise.
