Why does she has to cause a big scene, if she has a phobia of escalators why don't she skip it and take the stairs or the elevators instead?

i am disgusted by some of the comments here, that's someones mum and these are new things to her,so if she was straight from Somalia would she have known how to use? while it looks funny that's where it should end,i found it funny till i read those comments and especially that racist link.made me sick

Its common human behavior, its not something special to that woman.

South African riding an escalator for the first time. but the difference here is while the Swedish pass by the Somali woman, the Africans help and teach the man how to do it.
