The only people who are afraid of federalism are people who are homeless and Don't have enough territory , I agree with Monk Somalis don't know how to share thus they should have a federalism every clan community its own region.
In 2009 You supported TFG in ousting the Al shabab from the country.

In 2010 you supported Al shabab and Godane in taking over south Somalia and Pland.

Your logic was Somaliland should be recognized and Al shabab should govern the rest of Somalia. And together the 2 somali nations would be an Ally of Ethiopia. And Islamic South Somalia and a secular democratic Somaliland, bot being allies to Ethiopian dictatorship.

I do not have to explain how mentally retarded you are. But i do wonder how many leaves one must chew to come up with that shit.

If this guy ruled Somalia he would carve up the nation in 20 pieces. He would bring back the Sultan era and nobody would be calling themselves president. He would be taking Somalis back to 1850 and pay tribute to Abbysina every year :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

He would probably say "clan X, didnt meet zenawi, but my Xclan did kkkkkkkkkkk wii duushey" :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Prime minsiter Abdiweli is a man of principles. I very much doubt he is a tribalist, like many others of his kin. :up: :som:
if being a "tribalist" means supporting puntland, then you can add abdiweli to your list because he is one of the founders of the puntland diaspora forum and he was one of the pl diaspora leaders who welcomed faroole when he went to the united states. :up:
Does he put Pl before Somalia?
i don't understand your question. pl is a state within somalia, so if pl is apart of somalia how is it possible to put pl before somalia?

Look I honestly have nothing against Awdal, Boorama is a great city and I look forward to the day where I could visit every city in every region. But the point is why should those southern regions be under represented? I'm not saying lets have more MPs, I'm saying lets kala qeybi. Awdal should have between 5-8 MPs Max.
Gedo=10mps
Banaadir=10mps
Lower Juba=10
Middle Juba=10
Lower shabelle=10
Middle shabele=10
Bay=10
Bakool=10
Hiiraan=10
Galgaduud=10
Mudug=10
Nugaal:10
Bari:10
Sanaag=10
Sool=10
Togdheer=10
Waqooyi galbeed=10
Awdal=10

this is nice and simple=180 total

the problem is that each region there different tribes, however some tribes own the whole region by themselves
for example Gedo is 100% Mareexaan but Galgaduud its 40% Mareexaan 40% Habar gidir and 20% Dir, so for instance in Gedo the 10mps are mareexaan but in Galgaduud 4 mps are Mareexaan 4 are Habar gidir and 2 are Dir you get it? cause the population are obviously gonna vote for the man from the same tribe. so we should worry about the tribes and not the population of different of different regions. :up:
Horta if I was ever the president, I would create a special police force just to deal with those clan warlords that always try to bring chaos, I would make a whole charter for Qabiil hate crimes and anyone who's guilty of it would be sentenced to an automatic 20 yrs in prison.

I would not even tolerate ciyaal xafads and their looting, unlike the british police, I would make sure every Policeman has an AK-47 ready and loaded. I don't care if I have to establish the country based on a police state, that's the only way people will have actual peace between Somalis, I would never tolerate my beautiful coastal country of Somalia be destroyed again.

Knight there is no such thing as Daarood when it comes to Somali Politics The Majeerteen and the Smaller harti clans in Puntland will never accept an authority in Mogadisho even headed By their own Daarood Merehaan remember Siyaad bare , History teaches us that have you not seen how they played Sakiin Against Farmaajo few months ago and how Faroole was Lobbying in Neighbouring Countries to remove faarmaajo so that his Cousin Abdiweli can take his place this year and next year the Majeerteens are going to challenge the abgaal for the head of state wa siyasasd taasi there is no naxariis :lol:

Sure it possible to put Pl before the nation since he is the prime minister he has powers to give aid to puntland while there are more deserving areas, will he do that so that Pl can develop because he is a die-hard puntlander? Or will sorting out Somalis problems be at the top of his to do list?

absolutely we need to find out a way were people forget about qabil, increase national days, anti-qabil programmes in schools, masjids and other places. any clan feud between people then immediately ship them into jail.

i like your ideas :up: but i would not allow police to wander in the streets with guns but battons insteads. :up: :up:

:lol: :lol: :lol: You do got a point. Of course, politically there is no naxariis iyo walaltimo. I came to Snet and all I have seen was Daarood-on-Daarood bashing and animosity. It's amusing at the same time, sad. Raggina Isaaq....popcorn baad naku kor uuntaan som'aha. :lol:

Okay, forget wax layidhado "Daarood"...ee lakinse, ma jira wax layidhado Isaaq? :lol:

we should discipline the police, soldiers etc

strengthen the army

collect mines, guns, gun machines etc then dump them

secure the national army equiments safely somewhere the citizens don't know

oooooh talking about this makes me happy :clap:

i don't understand your question. pl is a state within somalia, so if pl is apart of somalia how is it possible to put pl before somalia?[/
It’s a simple question; does he put state before nation, qabiil before nation? Sure it possible to put Pl before the nation since he is the prime minister he has powers to give aid to puntland while there are more deserving areas, will he do that so that Pl can develop because he is a die-hard puntlander? Or will sorting out Somalis problems be at the top of his to do list?
i still don't follow. what do you mean by more "deserving areas"? you know when we're talking about aid, we are not talking about food aid, right? for ex, somalia is given a certain number of scholarships..shouldn't students in pl receive a portion of the scholarships that are given to somalia? or should those scholarships instead be given to students from mogadishu or an area you deem to be "more deserving"? :?

and why does it seem like you think puntland developing is somehow detrimental to somalia? is puntland not apart of somalia? one would think puntland developing would benefit somalia.. if not, why have more than 350,000 IDPs flocked to the state?

btw, the tfg is based on the 4.5 system and just like sh. sharif represents his constituents, pm abdiweli represents his. he is a puntlander, he loves and cares about his state and worked to establish the largest puntland diaspora organization. i don't see why you would even question whether he would put puntland before somalia when you're not questioning whether sh. sharif would put mogadishu before somalia ( and he has)? :?
