The Ethiopians have come to push the TFG/ahlu sunna militia forward. Rumor has it, the militia have developed heavy feet ever since they moved from their training camps.
It could also be just another brigade changing the one before it. Meles constantly moves and shuffles his troops and generals around for fear of a coup.
