Puntland wasn't created by Majerteen only. Do not deny Leelkase, Awrtable, Dir, Dhulbahante, Dishishe, Warsangli. If it wasn't for their co-operation Puntland wouldn't be existing. Just like Somaliland, all the tribes have co-operated.

These states appearing in Puntland are coming from Majerteen but if Leelkase, Awrtable create their own state, then say goodbye to Puntland.
