I'm thrilled to see the contract between Puntland and Saracen International still in existence because I was under the impression that Faroole's admin. ended it following international pressure. Definitely Puntland security should be first, U.N. and U.S. whining later. The state has no time for foreign powers whinning that bring nothing to the table when its officials, brilliant men and women, who work hard, who dedicate their life to helping their people are targets.
No one has the right or ability to interfere with Puntland's security interests and with the continuation of this contract Faroole has just made that clear to everyone. Noloow adeer, noloow.
