as matter of fact, every Somalilander knows Hadraawi`s position on Somaliland, Hadraawi would have gone to XAmar if Xamar was peaceful TODAY, the point am trying to make is..he should have never been in that delegation......period, it was a mistake by the somaliland goverment to include him
