How come not a single one of Somalia's ports has a crane for unloading container ships? Just about every decent sized port in the world, even tiny ones by international standards, have cranes and other heavy lifting equipment. Hell, even the port of Massawa which was heavily damaged during Eritrea's war of indepedence has cranes. Also, deep-water Somali ports (Kismaayo, Mogadishu, Boosaasso and Berbera) need to be clear building near the port as they restrict future port expansion.

Somalia lack in just about everything when it comes to infrastructure. No roads, rail, proper ports or airports. Even people in the stone-age were more advanced than us.

WITH PUNTLAND'S FUTURE OIL MONEY, AND CHINESE PLANS FOR EXPANDING BERBERA PORT, THESE TWO BREAKAWAY REPUBLICS WILL EACH MAKE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN REVENUE JUST WITH THEIR PORTS ALONE!
THE LION ECONOMIES WILL BE BORN!

Bossaso is a Somali operated and owned port. It used by Somalis in Ogaden, Puntland and central Somalia regions regularly. It’s also used to export numerous goods towards Arabia and other destination. It is located in the most capitalistic city in Somalia where trade is the language of the city. While Berbera is an Ethiopian owned and operated port. The usage of the port is dictated in Addis Ababa and the city is in decline and is decaying as we speak. The tongue of the city is idleness and Khat usage. Bosasso will most likely be the financial and industrial capital of Somalia in the future,

While Berbera will be a tourist town to see the cities ruins

Lol you mean that's where the majority of Somalia's aid comes through.

There's no difference between Berbera and Bosaso in terms of what they export and import. Berbera isn't Ethiopian owned. Part of the port is leased out to them. It is a mutually beneficial agreement. The difference is Berbera has been neglected and is seen as a backwater city by SL whilst Bosaso is a busiest city in puntland. Berbera has been neglected for the past 20 years due to corruption and clan oligarchy. The previous admin had done nothing to refurbish or develop it. While bosaso has been seeing most, if not all, of puntland's business. Let's not compare apples and oranges.
