Does Advo Deserve to have the Somaliland passport

Does advo deserve to have the Somaliland National identity card and the passport of the Nation since he was born in Somaliland he inhaled the sl air when he arrived on this earth.

He is from Gedo doesn't matter whether he was born in Hargeysa or not. So i'll have to say no.

First of all Habar jeclo are from Burco badhweeyn, I represent Hargiesa if anything it should be H.A or Ciidangale who should decide since they are the original inhabitants. Anyways I am a Somalilander who's for Somaliweyn who's for the advancement of Somaliland like hargaseey iyo hadraawi and other like minded fellow countryman!
