Because otherwise you would have been born in either Isbitaal Banadir, Isbitaal Madino or whichever one else I am forgetting.

Unless you were born at home? (not under a tree)

My dad was born and raised in Shingaani and later when he got married moved to Wadajir. My older brothers were born in Digfeer and Medina Hospitals.
