born in kismayo, waamo MZ, family been in kismayo for 150 years, mums great grand was banished from Qabri-dahare in the 1850s for shooting a man over property dispute

ps, i heard u have to say u are from where the father comes from and was born, not where u were born, apparently this is the tradition.
Sounds interesting, tell more. My dad is from iimay and has been around there. He is in gode now. My mom was born in gedo, and I was born in kismayo.

iimay is reer amaadin territory. guess that makes u a reer waamo being born there, but i am just saying its the ogaden galti tradition to say u are from where ur daddy was born
