Men and their obsession with woman

With woman and what they wear. What gives? It seems everywhere they are so concerned with how woman dress, how they talk, what they do, and who they interact with. Especially muslim men and "cultural men". I guess when you become so impotent in regards to men, controlling woman seems to look like a great option to feel like a "man".

I have yet to hear a compelling argument as to why so many men want to control women in all walks of life. Concentrate on women in your life [wife, sister, mother etc] and leave the rest of the womankind alone.
