article 39 of Ethiopian Constitution.

Postby abgaalKING » Thu Dec 01, 2011 8:36 pm

Every Nation, Nationality and People in Ethiopia has an unconditional right to self-determination, including the right to secession.
I think we can easily apply this into our constitution like this

"Every Clan, 0.5s and jufo in Somalia has an unconditional right to self-determination, including the right to secession".

Well said. These remarks of hypocrisy is what these gaalo are known for. Kinda reminds of this.

All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of
that right they freely determine their political status and freely
pursue their economic, social and cultural development” which is found in the un international laws document under ” civil and political rights”.

it doesn't make any sense. and if that was the case, by now there would be four new independent nations in east Africa. Oromia and Ogadenia, just to name a few.

It was The EPLF that forced that article 39 to be added into the ethiopian constitution after the fall of the derg, you would see many ethiopians today especially amharic Blame Eritrea for article 39.
