Personally speaking, I don't think this is enough for rape.

you are right, Islamically this is the punishment for Zina/adultery and not Rape... so Rape will most probably be way harsher depending on the judge. it could reach death or penis amputation.

Yes, somalis are savages; yes, we are violent and kill each other back home and in the diaspora. But, I have never heard of somali men beating somali.

It was on universal last night and the night before everyone involved are somali the cctv images is wen they left the property.... One of the men handed himself over and a women has been arrested the women stab her in the belly button ...

I don't know why but since the story has been posted here I had a feeling the woman she had the argument with had something to do with it.
