Game ON

Postby yungnfresh » Mon Dec 05, 2011 6:23 pm

I know I'm late, but who cares...the NBA lockout is over and the season starts on Christmas. Too many teams have something to prove this year...Dallas is trying to show everyone that winning the chip last season wasn't a fluke, LA's trying to show everyone that them getting swept in the playoffs WAS a fluke and Miami's trying to get started on winning "not 5, not 6, not 7" championships.

Young teams like OKC and Memphis are hungry to take another step, old teams like Boston and San Antonio are trying not to lose a step while they're on their last legs, and almost-contenders like Chicago and New York are 1 piece away from raising banners.

Who u got getting fitted for rings in June?

Predict a ring for the east. MIA, or maybe Bulls?

Trading rumors for 2012 look interesting already, though. Rondo for Chris Paul? Boston would be silly to not do it.

If the Bulls get a decent Shooting Guard then they will win the championship. If they can convert Jimmy Butler to a decent shooting guard then they will be unstoppable. And I think they can do that. Who do I want to win? Boston Celtics.

Celtics are finished, unless they pull the Chris Paul trade without an extension. Bulls might sign Vince Carter or JR Smith if he gets out of contract in China will be interesting.
