I don't even understand why this is an issue. The ayaat are very clear. The "places of adornment" are simply where a female wears jewellery. This is ridiculous.

In which country? because their are plenty of countries where women wear their jewellery much lower on their chests (we dont all wear chokers) and also waist beads are worn all over Africa.
