Tights pants is a no no to both boys and girls. I see girls wearing semi baggy pants and appropriate tops and they look mashallah. Then again I see girls who wear tight abayaas and that just defeats the purpose. Anyways the asker of the question should go to a knowledgeable Muslim women and ask. It's not good for us to give fatwas when their are qualified people out there who can give it.
