I deleted off topics post from that thread, stop hijacking topics, and I warned you for posting the same things over and over again.

Open a new thread if you want to criticize whomever, I really don't care, just stop hijacking threads.

And stop flooding my inbox with insults and grow up.

Islamic topics will be moved to the Islamic section, we moved that forum near the top, so use it.

I can provide you with a list of many members who would like Islamic topics to stay in the generals rather than xan, gossip, politics and qabyaalad. Only one or two people are against the islamic topics in the generals. Two mods Shirib and also Fah said islamic topics can stay in the generals and only politics and qabyaalad would be moved. So please sister there is no need to move islamic topics.

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh

Waryaa everyone benefits from islamic topics but nobody benefits from xan, qabyaalad and politics. Move those topics I understand, but there is no need for the moving of islamic topics. I will keep an eye on brother Grandpa but the regular islamic topics mean no harm and have a good place on this section brother.

Are the Moderators abusing there ''power''?

The following is a warning which has been issued to you by an administrator or moderator of this site.

Ban me for the name of, Qabill (tribe) if that makes you sleep better at night by all means a wise man once said qabillniimo waa qaxootiniimo. I guess In Snet the mods are very tolerant for those that abuse islam , however criticizing late dictators in terms of stating facts is out of order I merely stated that the late dictator barre Bombed his own citizens fellow muslims mind you pick up a book read it these are facts !

Nabeela take off your ''meraxaan glasses'' and be objective and fair go ahead delete this topic as well no wonder somalinet forums are dead !!

Warya I know one thing about the code of conduct and maybe it is open to multiple interpretations due to its ambiguous nature.

We have Pms, Regional sections and private sections at SNet.

We also know what is supposed to be posted at the general section.

I also know that one cannot start a thread and character assasinate a member(simpl because it is breaking the rules).

Nor are we supposed to curse them.

We have different views on each other thats the essence of a forum.
Its where you will find two antagonistic groups engaging in a debate regardless of it turning to be mild or heated.
What I dont understand is why I cannot be given the right to critise someone whose views I regard as being dishonest from a past encounter with their work.

I did not curse the mentioned character but aired my viewson him after someone created a thread praising him.So the thread I guess should have been balanced because the moment you create a praise thread on a given individual then you should expect those that feel he/she does not deserve the title to avail themselves.

If people are sensitive about it then they should learn to post threads where appropriate.

Lets not turn SNET into North Korea.

Nabeela, I agree with people who charge that MODS are allowing anti-Islam threads to stay. My request to you, to the rest of the mods, and to the Admin is the moment that someone mocks our deen, remove his/her thread, ban his/her user IDs, and ban also all of the IPs that this individual used to logon to SNET. I think it is a responsibility on you all--MODs and Admins--provided that you are all Muslims, which I believe you are, to deal with those who violate our religious teachings. I personally believe so-called freedom of religious discussion should not be an escape-goat for those who hate Islam and mock our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

I also believe Islam topics should stay at the Generals too. You can still move a copy to the Islamic section, but the front gate to SNET is the Generals and Islamic topics should stay here.

Thanks.

very unprofessional childish indeed.

Nabeela you are walking contradiction nobody send you insulting pms certainty I haven't you mention open threads if you wanna constructively criticize ''someone'' which I have and you deleted it straight away. to me it's hilarious the whole world reads what idiots Somalis truly are and you suppose to be a ''objective fair moderator'' ?

Waryaa, you can still move copy of Islam topics to islamic section and still leave a link or copy in the Generals. In that case, any one who is new here and who has not been in the Islamic section can see it here at Generals since the front gate of SNET is the General Section.

Moving Islamic topics?

SMH.
I do not think this will occur the islamic uprising has proven that the majority of members are against the negative posts/threads about our diin. As you can see MODS the majority of members want islamic topics to stay on the generals as we all benefit from this. Islam is a way of life just like any news article, or story that is posted islam is the same.

I have many , many members who PMd me showing there support for our campain.

Generals is also the home of all Islamic topics and is very welcomed by the majority of all SNET members.

Islam is a way of life sister, it is not just praying and fasting. Islamic topics are the same as any other topic posted on the generals ukhti. That is what we are saying, plus we all benefit from islamic topics as it will be seen by most. Also majority of members support what me and udun are saying.

If you're going to move Islamic topics to the Islamic section, this should mean that all Sport related topics should be in the Sport section, Jokes in the jokes section etc. Why dont you just admit that this experiment of yours to get members to explore other areas of the forum has failed.
