It so happens that procedures on the female labia is a medical procedure, sometimes done for aesthetical reasons by plastic surgeons. There could be deformaties that occur from birth, or other medical reasons for it. Now for sewing the two sides together is an extreme measure not done for health reasons.

Now I feel for the unfortunate sisters that are circumcised who are reading this thread more than Alpha. Imagine the horror of those sad memories coming back to their minds.
