The isaaqs under Ethiopia are also under occupation , Siilaanyo only controls Somaliland President SIilanyo is only responsible for Somaliland , Somaliland army and somaliland police are Somalilanders. Liyo boolis are Ethiopian forces and are there to serve the interest of the Ethiopian state they work and wear Ethiopian berets.
