Somalis, open your minds and come Explore the Possibilities

Postby Monk-of-Mogadishu » Wed Jan 25, 2012 6:15 pm

...from Angola...

Imagine a father in Kismayo pulling into one of these driveways after a hard day of work:

Image

Imagine young newlyweds in Baydhabo having a walk-through tour of their first apartment together:

Image

Imagine a father in Beletweyn pulling up here to buy his son his first car:

Image

Imagine two coworkers in Bosaso just chilling outside their newly-renovated office:

Image

Imagine a real estate tycoon in Marka overlooking his newest properties:

Image

And imagine little children in Xamar playing in this backyard:

Image

Or this backyard:

Image

And running through these streets:

Image

Or these streets:

Image

And imagine, in every Somali city, whenever you look up you'll see these:

Imagine the possibilities...of what can happen...in just 5 years time...

We should open our mind and eyes to the endless possibilities in this world but urs is over overoptimism. What we need is brain power not a petrodollar.

I think oil in Somalia should be reserved for the future, and its drilling micromanaged, over reliance on any natural resource are bound to cause huge problems, especially if the place is located in Africa.

I know ANGOLA more than you will ever know about it.....These nice buildings and houses are only for the elite ruling corrupt class....The president of that country is dictator that has been ruling that country since 79.....Secondly, the country has oil and this oil is stolen in a redicalous way by the elite ruling class....subhanalaah...i've watched a documentary about this country that would make you cry for humanity....But rest assured, they will have a violent revolution because human can be abused for such a long time and after that they can careless about their lives...Watch what happens in Angola...Just watch...1% of the population has the countries 80% wealth...How dare you compare us to that..
