This whole business of qabiil over qaran only became the accepted norm after the civil war and frankly speaking, it wreaks of ignorance & backwardedness. Health professionals look at logistics, need and feasibility before clan loyalty. What good is a clan if you neither have the logistical support, cooperation nor the needed partnership to facilitate such projects? None.
