2012 Mudulood Political Strategy

Postby Addoow » Mon Feb 20, 2012 4:25 am

What is the Mudulood/abgaal strategy for post-sharif 2012? and the making of real, tangible new regional admin for mudulood people? I think the main obstacle so far have been our unrelenting support for this weak and now emboldened TFG which has diverted us from forming a state which we can use it as a bargaining tool in the future political grand scenerio.since we live in many regions formed in late 1970s,i think we need marely turn the already proposed banadir state into a reality.Forget about Mogadishu for once second,Both shabelle and mareeg will form three regions which we can exercise our soverign state.and put the areas in which we live in middle jubba under our de-facto sphere our influence.what is left is Mogadishu,Since there is an ongoing negotiations,if the majority of the parliaments agree on moving the capital to somewhere say bosaso or baydho.xamar will be incorporated into our sovereignity and full control. What do you think of this Rovingmadness?

A Mudulood state that does not include Mogadishu is a geo-political suicide & will haunt us mercilessly in the future. Minus Sharif/Tarzan, the rest of the Mudulood leadership & population is against this attempt to turn Mogadishu into a free for all state managed by outsiders. It goes against the core of federalism to turn our regions into national territory when other lands are allowed to exercise their sovereignty. It will lead to a massive civil war & those that are calling for this blatant injustice (Sharif & Tarzan included) will pay a heavy price.

I know the reason sharif is doing it because he doesnt want to be seen as just a clan-leader but tarzan cmon, man.he knows he got his position not because of education, experience ,somalinimo but simply of blood lineage.i dont think you have evidence to support your claim that he made such a remarks.but anyway,we neeed a hardcore waceysle or harti abgaal or daud(i dont give shit which mudulood subclan he hails from) mayor into the mayorship office.and these mataan cabdulle subclan is a headache, walle, they are the greediest of all mudulood subclans.Anyway,we should never lay a finger on our banadiri/persian minorities and should be given all their rights as they always remain our friends. The future is indeed bright since the war have exposed the worst of Our abgaal alter-egoes and that is understanble, since the only way to deal with a hyena is become a hungry, greedy hyena yourself.

Bal sheeg maxa mataan cabdulle ka rabta? As for the our strategy it will be the two shabbelle and mareeg but before we do that we must speak to dadka nala dega like Geledi, Tunni, Jareer, Dir etc etc.

And therein lies the essential problem. Sharif has misrepresented the people of Mogadishu in the Garowe gathering. You can not on one hand call yourself the president of Somalia & on the other hand attempt to sabotage the interest of the people you hail from. Tarzan is the governor of Banadir & has not spoken up what happened in Garowe. A silence amounts to tacit support, so it's upto the rest of the leadership to step up & state their positions. This idea of Federalism for Somalia except Mogadishu will lead to a civil war.

Shabelle Valley & Mareeg are useless without controlling Banadir. As I said, it's a suicide.

Roving but Sharif is the president of Somalia he cannot talk on behalf of the Abgaals or Muduloods obviously he is also their president , Abgaal Mudulood Mps should have done that and other politicians also Somalia is going to be a parliamentary republic after august according to the Garowe agreement so beesha needs to aim for the prime minister in the next elections. By the way Mogadisho status under the garowe agreement should never be accepted ta walugu noqonaya sidan warka ku heleyo.

The least he could have done was push for the participation of Tarzan in the Garowe talks to represent the interests of the people of Mogadishu. He didn't & that's criminal.

Even under the current set-up most powers rest in the hands of the PM. The charter doesn't matter, what matters is a bold & decisive leadership.

I don't if banadir will be part of the abgaal state but is marko not part of shabeele? If so then how will we have a state in the middle of another state?

And how will muqdisho be capital of Abgal state and capital of somalia? Where will the capital of the state be if not muqdisho?

Mogadishu can become the capital of Mudulood state & at the same time the capital of Somalia. Being the capital of a state means that the local laws & management is handed by the local people & not by some official from territory x whose interests lie somewhere else. It will still be the capital of Somaliabecause others can settle & do business in the city & so forth. What we are saying is that the political & economic vehicle will be driven by the local population.

Both Shabelle Valley will form the same state & Hiiraan might join too.

Greenday

Our long time political grand strategy has always been freening Mogadishu from any external Interefernce who ever they are.and that is not only our constitutional right but also our god given soverignty of this historical piece of land which was the homeland of our ancient forefathers. It doesnt make sense allowing other clans to determine their own future on the basis of self-local governance and denying it to other clans. If the capital is moved,it will nullify the sheegatos of the city and cement our soverignty over where. This doesnt mean evicting every non-Mudulood people from xamar, but political control and respect as well as recognizing the self-determination of the people in the historic banadir state.I cant run for a mayor in bosaso or hargeysa so who gives the right a man from burco to run for mogadishu mayorship? who is gonna live that way? will you accept that ? well,we are not gonna accept that way either. If it is the capital, well move it somewhere else,be my guest.

Abgaalking, if a maamul too place before it might have been a possibility am not sure if it can happen now, not if people who can't even agree on a state can fight for banadir :|

What are you talking about? This is a constitutional right and if it doesnt give us our fair share of god-given rights we will dump it on the toilet.Qof la qasbi karo ma jirto. As for fighting for banadir, dee that actually comes naturally to some people
