Look his whole argument is purely qabilistic, and not based on historical ties. For example, in his view any abgaal that comes from any other region has more right to run for office than a third generation of another qabil. What kind of mentality is that?
At the same time xamar did not swell up to the size it is to the efforts of one qabil, nor was the population of xamar going back 50 years ago the size it is now, so where did all those abgaals come from? No matter what kind of rhetoric he uses or what kind of degree he has it is reer baadiye mentality. If someone is living in medina and he moved from daynile, and he was participation in the elections of medina, is his interests to elect the person who can best develop medina or to elect his kinsmen. Why can't it be the same for someone who is from kismayo who wants to move to xamar permanently, is interests is to elect people who are the most capable to make his living standard as high as possible.

All elections should have one man one vote, now if he goes to cabudwaaq, to run for office and he looses the election it's because he did not get majority of vote.

Now lets take present day xamar, we all know the support that the people living there whether they were bantu, hawiye, reer xamar, rahanwayne, etc gave to Farmajo. If he we were to run in an election for some kind of seat in xamar based on voting by the people, he would be automatically disqualified by this mentality based not on his merits but on his qabil. Despite the fact that he is overwhelmingly popular. The reason he became popular is because of the change he was able to bring, and that is because he was given a chance.

Personally I think this mentality is a reaction to what people believe were the policies of the last government, where they thought people got positions because of their qabil, and the local people were disenfranchised. But instead of moving forward, they want to establish that for themselves. It's like how a general wants to top a dictator not because he is bad, but he wishes he was the dictator.

Xamar is a federal city and will remain so despite what that guy might say or argue. Xamar is the size it is because the resources of the whole country for the last 60 years was put into it. Every Somali has a right to it.

PO; practice what you preach. This is only a problem when Xamar wants to do what all other Qabil states have been doing for decades. Nobody voices any concerns when it happens elsewhere. It is a necessary evil that will protect the interests of the people from that region. Xamar is the state it is in today because they haven't been Qabiliste enough.

PO, you know that the aid will be shared based on states so all the people who live in Muqdisho will benefit from the aid to banadir state while others dont have to share their aid, so its banadir state who will be at loss not the other way round.

Did you here him say only 15% of the tax is used by muqdisho :-O So
He means only 15% go to the city maamul. But do you think that the other 85% goes to any other regions? The money the dowlad makes either goes to their pockets, to the armies, the xildhbans, but I don't hear dowlad giving money to aswj, to pro dowlad forces in other regions, or they are funding projects in other regions. So I would argue that the greater majority of the money goes to xamar directly or indirectly.

Abayoo look, Abgaal nor any other qabil did not build the port, nor the airport, nor the roads, nor make it the biggest markets and economic center in the south. Xamar is not Abgaal city, it is soomaali, and estabilishing a qabil based maamul there only alienates everyone else not protects the rights of abgaals. If it is one man one vote, then any group living there will have a say in the elections. Halkaas hala ku daayo.

Strong and visionary mudulood is needed and it’s a must if Somalis want to compete with the rest of the world in 21st century
If Somalia had a strong mudulood who could exercise military and political supremacy over ex baanadir in 91, we would have limited the duration and the impact of the civil war.

I welcome mudulood authority over Mogadishu not only that but also in the hinterland like hiraan and over digil territories, since the mirifle are useless when it comes to connecting coast to the interior

Biggest joke I have ever seen. All the other populations living there before 91 just packed up their goods and left because they left like it huh?

Your a kid, your comparing tuulos compared to a metropolis that has over 1/7 of the population of the whole country.

Hawiye has enough tuulos saxib and it has qabil based maamul in enough cities to compare to all other qabils, don't come with that bs.
