so why cant the current TFG seek the help from Russia to build the national Army ? Remember we have historic dealings with the russians.
Also china has built dams and somalia only Highway so in terms of develpment no Countries have done what these two have done/
ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH THEM?

TFG is taking hand outs, and will take handouts from who ever steps up to give it to them. Russia and China haven't stepped up
