Not really. Dhusamareb was built by Marhen long before Hawiye started settling in which was not that long( early in 1950's). I have interviewed many people for this. I was told and was given names of the businnes people in Dusamareb (some mahren, some majeerteen), but the citiies politians were undoubtedly Marehan from 1930-1969. I do not want to get a fight over this since it is not my city, but ceyr took over the city during siad barres government when many marehans moved out voluntraily.
There were very few Sacad, habar-gidir living amongest daarood. They had either marehan children, marehan wives, or marehan mothers.
Now, I am not anti-hawiye but I do not like HG claiming every city that they settled in.

We have some proof about the Marehan politians before 1969 and 1930's.

I believe that ceyr do not normal build towns? is that not so?

It is the thruth. Ceyr did not live inside the town up until late 50's. It was a darrod town mainly marehan. Its politicians were marehan( even the last MP for Dusamareb until 1969 when siad barre dismantled the political parties). The known marehan poltitians and elders( in their ninties or dead ones) hailed from that city. It was the marehan business men who built caabudwaaq and moved there. Ceyr started building houses later. I was told that their part of the town was always buulo even if they had money, they would not vbuild carishes or sandaqado.

tell me any known person from ceyr who healed from that town.

anyway, I heard it is a desert so you can keep it.
