Faroole said that after the london conference in a speech. He included that every meeting regarding the constitution will be held in Puntland 'iyadaa wakiil ka ah kan baydhabo ka imaanaya, kan beledweyne ka imaanaya iyo kan kismaayo ka imaanaya' :-O
