I bought a house in 2002 for $20K, and now someone offered me 150K, but I m holding out for more with security setuation improving I believe the price will only go up. how do ppl move that kind money to overseas without atracting attention from big brother?

Why don't you put the money in gold and you can easily handle it from there? While I didn't follow the details, many businessmen/women from the Middle East manage it through that way. Uncle Sam is chasing huge cash that one is carrying with himself (or herself).
