Eritrean President Stands For United 5 Region Somalia

Postby MidriGeez » Tue Mar 20, 2012 2:54 am

"According to Mr Mulongo, Afewerki stands for a united Somalia, referred to as “five-star Somalia” that comprises the regions of Ogaden, the Somali territory in the north of Kenya, Djibouti, Somaliland and Puntland".

Afewerki is an ungrateful and a terrorist.

The days of expansionist somalia are over we are willing to work eventually in federated union in east africa but at the moment
I don`t know about other Somalis but we daarood clan have relinquished the expansionist idea called "Greater somalia" which goes against UN charter

as the somali constituion defines it
It defines Somalia in Article 3 as having the following borders:
(a) North; Gulf of Aden.
(b) North West; Djibouti.
(c) West; Ethiopia.
(d) South south-west; Kenya.
(e) East; Indian Ocean.

Thats Somaliweyne and that dream has always been around nothing new. But it has nothing to do with puntland, and it would be a central government with one capital.

Get with the time fok face don`t come here with your sentimental bulshit
We fought with Ethiopia and we made peace with Ethiopia, if Germany and Brittan are allies today why can`t Somalis and Ethiopians be friends.
The Eritrean rogue state is of no value to me at the moment

Ethiopia is an anchor of peace in a volatile and irrational region.
If nationalism is great, the Balkans would be the most civilised part of Europe

Somaliland is but 1 of the 5 Somali regions.
2 of them were essentially surrendered to Kenya and Ethiopia by Mohamed Siyad Barre .He was looking for Kenyan support in his fight against the Ethiopians in the case of NFD {Kenya} and was trying to dislodge or deny the somali rebels in Ethiopia a safe haven in the case of the Ogaden { which he brought the entire country to fight for , originally} The 4th being Djibouti and the 5th Somalia proper .

I cannot disagree with this statement .
The Boli Qarans have brought Somalia and their daarood bretherns to their knees

Eaglehawk - you certainly do not represent Darood, we are not in the business of bending over to habashta so remove such silly comments from public place.

He seems to be a big fan Of somalia, Even Today ONLF Office In Asmara to said to be the only Ethiopian Opposition Group where they are given Eritrean Passports and Have ID and clearence to travel anywhere In Eritrea and conduct Military Training with Minor or No supervision From Eritrean Side, In the old days when he was a rebel Leader in the late 80's Onlf leaders were the first to be contacted in regards to military operation against Ethiopia, even before Meles himself, Rumor has it that in 1991 he wanted ONLF to have an army matching Meles because he knew he meles would betray them, But the west didn't make it happen and meles assured ONLF LEADERS that as allies against the derg peace will come and onlf need to lay down their weapons and disband its fighters.
