He should be given a farm and a pension as a retired citizen.

barre hiiraale should finish his project out of the limelight
I always love the idea behind the council on foreign relations and Rhodes scholarship
Barre should take the role of a Civil-Military Liaison.
NATO Civil-Military Co-operation core functions
2. Civil-Military Liaison. Coordination and joint planning with civilian agencies in support of the mission.
We should create a think tank institution around barre that manages his political relations and studies the progression of his objectives.

Insha'allah Barre Hiraale will play a vital role in the establishment of the state, since his a military man I am sure we will find him a suitable position that meets his profession. Jubbaland has enough positions available for everyone.

Barre Hiiraale has sacrificed for the clan since USC days. I think Warsame101 is the most qualified person to answer his current situation and future plans, but beesha Sade would be a very ungrateful clan to forget the sacrifice of the man so easily and not reward him as fits.

Once Barre Hiiraale liberates the region with the help of his comrades he will decide the future of the region and thats that. What he will do and who will be involved I have no idea and it really does not matter, your question was "what role he will play" his role is simple he will be the one to make the call. 8-)

I call upon my Sade cousins to slow down from such haste. Decisions like these must be made in accordance with Absame otherwise they bear no weight.
