No wonder no one heard about him before. If he's that good he would have already been known & had albums to his name.

I saw this clip on Youtube before & I couldn't stop laughing. He can be the best Somali musician if he wants but he's so full of himself & too pompous! :down:

This dude knows what he is talking about! He has studied music. Gospel is the mother of Jazz and RnB and being in tune is important. Somali music sounds good to somali ears but except for Kooxda Iftin and Durdur (good old durdur) a non-somali might find it to be out of tune (a blasphemy in the global music taste).

I love the way he tried to equate suufi sounds with Gospel music.
He has the sound, the knowledge and charisma needed in the industry.
