Hiiraan to be divided into two provinces!

Other regions wont be allowed to do the same cause Hiiraan actually has a unique argument, they werent divided since independance at all. Also I think the TFG will use the "never before divided excuse" and only allow Hiiraan to be divided because its it looks like Hiiraanians will never accept joining another state or coming under direct tfg control. Its a thorn on the TFG side when it comes to the issue of federalism

There were originally 8 regions in 1960

Banadir: who is now 3 regions like: Banadir, Shabelle Hoose, Shabelle Dhexe

Upper Jubba: now 3 Regions: Baay, Bakool, Gedo

Lower Jubba: now 2 regions: Jubada boose, Jubada dhexe

Also there are documented where the Hiiranians asking in 1970, 1978, to create other regions within Hiiraan but Alaha u Raxmado Siyaad Barre never looked in to it. In 1991 the civil war started from Hiiraan and if this not passed we will never accept Federalism and our freedom of rights will continue till the last drop of blood

That's an idealistic picture you got there, just look at the current bickering of leaders from TFG, Puntland, Galgmudug, Khatuumo, Sland etc. Now times that by 20 and that'll be the real picture on the ground.

Most of the south have no say in what happens so those states that already exist thing its their show! if you want justice you need to first make a the playing field leveled. *the blue house is in order and well kept
*the red house is in chaos and all over the place
*the middle house is brand new and needs decorating

Do you think the blue and red house both have a say to what happens to the middle house?

The same goes for Somalia, currently I don't see any southern state in order so how can they decide what happens over there if they can't even take care of their own backyard?

My point is that if you want to be part of the group that writes up new rules then you should get your area under control and keep it stable. If not then you have no leg to stand on.

Not every tribe needs a state in order to rule itself , what kinda of rubbish country would that be. Smaller tribes are gonna have to accept the bigger players but the problem here is that you have sub-clans from the same tribe fighting each other for power, such sub-clans deserve no land for being that retarded.

Well, the only census of today in Somalia is the UN Statistics and according to that Hiiraan have less population of Bay region, So what is stopping from Bay region saying since I have more population and land mass than Hiiraan region I will split my region and become federal in the same way Hiiraan did, then Lower Shabelle and every region in Somalia will follow the same.

It is like starting a fire you will not be able to control it later and this is not the first time Somalis out of emotions act something they are not thoughtful about. The new constitution says after four years census will be used, 4.5 system will be abolished, political parties will be established and the members of the parliament and president will be elected directly by the people. So after four years no matter how many times one splits their region only the population of that region matter
