Yurub is a traditional somali name, it doesn't mean "europe".
Are you sure?

What about Baarliin and Aasiya? I thought they were derived from the German city of Berlin and the Oriental continent Asia.
Asia was fir'oon's wife. accually is one of my sister's name (pronouced as Aasia)) not the contenantal tho.

Leila is Arabic not Western, also Sarah is originally Eastern.

Westerners aren't very creative when it comes to names.

I know a Somali guy called Roman  this is the kinda name you only come across in the Bold & The Beautiful or some shit..SMH

But it's actually a very traditional Somali name: Rumaan, but with western spelling of our names, it turned into Roman by coincidence.

^ They are Anglicised versions of Biblical names. The original Hebrew pronunciations are way different, so they can be considered Western names.

Hebrew or Aramaic, yes. Most of the names that've been listed so far have Eastern origins. Let's not forget most "Western" names are Biblical.

Sarah = the wife of Ibrahim (as)

I don't believe anyone without proof.
