GARACAD AND EYL ARE NO WEHERE NEAR THE GOLIS MTNS.
ANYWAYS GARACAD IS VERY DRY AND HUMID LIKE BOSASO AND BERBERA.
EYL ON THE OTHER HAND HAS VERY MILD WEATHER, WITH PLATEAU, NUGAAL RIVER FOR FARMING. ONCE OIL IS OFFICIALLY DISCOVERED, I SHALL SETTLE IN EYL.
MASHLLAH PL IS THE ONLY SOMALI STATE WITH THE GULF OF ADEN AND INDIAN OCEAN COASTS. IMAGINE ALL THE MONEY PUNTLAND MAKES WITH ANOTHER PART IN EYL OR GARACAD. PL WOULD BANKRUPT XAMAR AND BERBERA.

ONCE THE OIL IS EXPORTED, TOWNS ALONG THE INDIAN OCEAN COAST WILL NEVER BE NEGLECTED AGAIN.
PUNTLAND WILL HAVE THE BILLIONS TO BUILD ROADS CONNECTING ALL PL TOWNS/CITIES, BUILD LARGE PORTS, AND BUILD BEAUTIFUL SKYLINES.

Yep. Eyl is beauty! With those mountains, beautiful indian ocean waters and hospitable climate, it would be perfect capital for your state. I encourage it.

THERE ARE NO ROADS CONNECTING GAROWE TO EYL.
IF THERE WERE, THE TOWN WOULD BE BOOMING.
