ANYWAYS GARACAD IS VERY DRY AND HUMID LIKE BOSASO AND BERBERA.
EYL ON THE OTHER HAND HAS VERY MILD WEATHER, WITH PLATEAU, NUGAAL RIVER FOR FARMING. ONCE OIL IS OFFICIALLY DISCOVERED, I SHALL SETTLE IN EYL.

Yep. Eyl is beauty! With those mountains, beautiful indian ocean waters and hospitable climate, it would be perfect capital for your state. I encourage it.
inshallaONCE THE OIL IS EXPORTED, TOWNS ALONG THE INDIAN OCEAN COAST WILL NEVER BE NEGLECTED AGAIN.
PUNTLAND WILL HAVE THE BILLIONS TO BUILD ROADS CONNECTING ALL PL TOWNS/CITIES, BUILD LARGE PORTS, AND BUILD BEAUTIFUL SKYLINES.
