In the last 2 months I have;
-quit smoking
-eating after 6pm
-junk food/eating out
-fizzy drinks
-I wake up at 5am to jog for 40 mins everyday
-I've restricted my TV watching hrs to 1hr on the weekend.
-At least 2hrs a day in the mosque in between prayers with Qur'an and fiqh lessons
And many other such improvements are under way.
