You're praying for the Chechen equivalent of Shabaab?
I don't get Somalis. You don't want these terrorists terrorizing your own people but you support them in someone else's home?
Today Chechnya is more developed than in its entire history and has a far more competent government than Somalia may ever see, so why do you wish for it to disappear? Even if its not perfect, the Chechens today are closer to prosperity than they have ever been, and closer than Somalia will be for a long time. This is not the time to try and prop up their thuggish argagaxiiso.
This is very bad, I'm sure you would be angry if a Chechen was sending prayers, or worse yet even money to Shabaab.
