i think its the ajuuraan language, remeber its the ajuuraan who brought jareers to shabeele as slaves. the nowadays hawiye are from mu. that why they are darker and the pre-hawiye shabeele people are called walaxmooge/ waalmooge af ajuuraan. we hawadle are afarta samatalis and adeerkood walaxmooge.

I view my command of the somali language/dialects as being "good" but I must admit I have never heard of the word "imbaayooyin". Could you explain it please?

Imbaay = Sister (Abaayo)

imbaayooyin = Sisters
Thanks, where is that "dialect" spoken? Hiiraan? I have been to Beledweyne, Jalalaqsi and Buulo Burde but I have never heard someone say those words. Maybe in Ceel gaal :lol: :lol:
Dude he made that up there is no such word "imbaayooyin" in somali

A praying man: "uthmilaahi Raxmaani Raxiim"

Second man" Aar xaa ku quraana"

First guy " Culimo Cabdalle ah oon xagaaga la degnaan ka bowthadhey" :lol:

The song is great, the singer has a great voice too... Strangely enough the Cabbaaya is nowadays worn by every girl even if they are dancing.

Sahal,
This is the best voice ever produced in Hiiraan.

She is so beautiful (fiiri luqunteeda) and would have been hired as a model if she came to the west in the 1980s.

Sahal, almost everyone that lives in that region speak the same way including the Makanes.
That's not true. Ever been to north of Kalabeyrka, Jawiil and Matabaan districts? Or for that matter FeerFeer district. Most of North Hiiraan speak like people in Galguduud. If you live in Western Hiiraan bordering Somali Galbeed you probably speak like people in Gode region of S. Galbeed.

not evry hiiraan has the same language,at the ethipian borders they speak af somaligalbeed but we were talking about the baladwene unique accent. this guy speaks af madina banaadir , he lives in manchester, notice his natural accent by the end of his interviwe.
