Good quote on the "theory" on your profile Mr.Quark. You think there is a possibility of a parallel universe? if you are into quarks, anything goes short of madness. That is why I asked you. And mind you, I am sort of a mad myself.

Okay, we love the pictures of the sun but do we know how it works? What makes it bright and burn? We take it for granted having seen it on a daily basis throughout our lives. Do you know scientists can now calculate how Old the Sun is? Which leads to the fact that it has age limit on it and it will die a violent death?

it will surely die when it runs out of its hydrogen fuel in the far future. Mason, light from the sun takes eight mins to reach us here on earth and let say the sun disappears this min, will we feel the effect immediately or would it take time for us to know about?

Okay, Quark, That is an interesting question. I can only guess the answer. If we are looking at the sun, we will notice/know the moment it disappears. With that said, Average Distance/Speed of light gives the 8 minute tiemframe the sunlight has to hit earth right? If the sun disappears, all (energy)light emitted before the moment of the sun's disappearance will hit earth and we will still be in light/warm for few minutes before we go dark, and the slow process of cooling to freeze starts. I am more curious about the aftermath and how long will life be sustained. Definitely, the Sun is life giving.

We are sitting ducks. We are tiny insignificant beings in a vast calculus we know little about.

I am not that crazy yet. But Aakhirada can be a parallel universe where death is the crossover and you become your exact copy with credits of work(deeds) transferred with you. The Quran already speaks of that life as if it happened though it didn't right?

we know sun will never die because in the day of judgement allah will bring the sun and people will sweat based on their amount of sins.

so its 100% false for sun to die.

Grandpa, That is after the fact and the sun dies first. Cause it reads in the Quran, Chapter 81, Verse One: "When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness]", not only the Sun but the stars will die too. I thought everything(as the word everything means any and all things) except God will vanish at some point before the day of Judgement. Right or wrong?

Without looking to the Quran for evidence, scientists learned that the Universe will come to an end eventually(through understanding the chemistry of things and the physics).

Quark, safe bet to say the sun will appear to us in place for the eight minute light travels to earth before we realize it is gone. Been thinking about it for a while. That is obvious. Guesswork again.
