When it comes to the clan demographics of the area Cabdi Xamuuds (Muj Yusuuf Talaabo's AUN sub clan) make up the majority in Las Suraad, you can also find other HY sub clans such as the Yoonis Muuse and Sacad Yoonis in the district. In terms of coastal eastern HY territory the Musa Tuurwa of cape Ras Jilbo west of Maydh are the most western coastal sub clan and the most eastern sub clan are the Uursuge of Waqderiya and the Geel weyta area.

Wow! All they need it to pave that driveway. This is beautiful. Is it right next to the beach or are these homes inland? Are there any homes for sell amongst them and how big are they?

What are the residents to do if fire fight erupted blocking the only entrance to the community?

For instance lets say some mooryaans/pirates hatch a plan to kidnap
someone from the gated community with the intent of harming them.
If you were that person and you were tipped off about the impending kidnap, what alternative routs do you have other than the single abvious one?

Conqueror if you want a nice beach house next to the ocean i would suggest building one in Eyl which have a much better climate
Eyl is not only cheaper but have a milder climate and more beautiful climate
