I don't need to watch her speech, she's an old lady.

Case closed. Now that we came to an agreement that she is an old witch, her words are now a thing of the past. How about the Ukraine game?

Wow that's not a nice thing to say, old witches don't open hospitals for pregnant women.

Humanitarian work is her niche not politics. Shevchenko is still prolific

That was actually very entertaining.

Lakin on a serious note SLanders should stop pretending that they haven't been getting huge sums of aid money in the name of Somalia. Yes you have built something but no it was not on your own 2 feet. Just saying.

Somaliland doesn't get bilateral aid only from Britain, US aid EU aid is not bilateral it goes through NGO we don't see a penny of that so technically we don't get any aid. Denmark wants to give Somaliland bilateral aid end this year they are the second country after britain.

Blackvelvet Somaliland with its good governance and democracy and its legitimate government imagine ,having the same recognition as the TFG  the world bank told us 2 days ago TFG mismanaged more than 130 million dollar direct bilateral aid from the world bank a 130 million dollars is missing

Let me get this right, Somali people are against recognizing Somaliland as an independent country but it's an issue when they receive aid under Somalia's name.
are you telling me the TFG help build Somaliland, after the major cities were carpet bombed the people had to build shit themselves or did you forget that part.

Dude I am talking about all the aid Somaliland has been getting for the past 21 years in the name of Somalia. Aid was given to Somalia and a sizeable percentage of it went to Somaliland. You were entitled to it since you are part of Somalia so it's all good lakin all I'm saying is this "on our own 2 feet" is not true.

Folks..I can't believe you all missed the point...Where did Godane came from? He is the leader of Al-shabaab and Eeddo Adna is calling other Somalis alshabaab...

Samatr,

There is no way that I would insult Adna..we are somehow related...and believe me she will respect me in anyway I meet her...But I honestly don't agree or like the way she is portraying Somalis which she was one of them yesterday..There was another speech that she said"We don't speak the same langauge"..Well my question is; who used to translate for her when she owned the Pharmacy in Mecca Mukarama Rd? Do you remeber the land that was given to her? It was so huge, never seen someone who got that big land from the then gov't. Come on she was the wife of the Somali prime minsiter and she has the audacity to say "We don't speak the same language"...

No one usoo dhigtey ma jiree, Eeddo iyadaa Somali usoo dhigatey eh, she needs to slow down Wallaahay..Wax yaabaha qaarkood waa laga xishoodaa..

Its not the only aid Somaliland received from the international community was from the USAID and EUaid i can give the numbers the aid EU gives to Somaliland its nothing and this not we got direct cash it went through NGO's, BV you guys get lots and lots and lots more aid waad ka noolaateen
Only Britain gives Somaliland bilateral aid, Somalia or the TFG gets so much aid from all the countries direct aid and now the international community wants to manage the aid the TFG gets from the IC , because there was to much mismanagement. But the aid Somaliland gets is nothing well only from Britain.

No it is not a problem because like I just told Khalid you were and still are part of Somalia. I was just correcting the "on our own two feet" part.

If you want to bring up the 80s then I am not the right person for this convo. I am pro SLand independence. I like it when you take the referendum route and point out that it is what the people of SLand want and it is your choice. Making ish up and trying to use Al Shabab as a reason is just tacky as hell.
