Yesterday, when I went to the hospital I saw a man whose legs resembled the below picture and most likely suffering from lymphatic filariasis commonly known as 'elephantiasis'. I came across this awhile ago when I was reading about diseases that can be transferred to humans from mosquito's. It is different seeing it in pictures and real life.

Allah has saved us from so many diseases, trials and tribulations. I ask Allah to make us of those who are grateful to Him for all the bounties he has blessed us with.
