I don`t have a problem with women wearing the veil.
However, on security grounds they must be prevented from entering any public buildings or gathering places.

You're OK with your wife, daughter, sister, aunt and other female relatives to wear see-through dirac? You're also OK with men who got lust in their hearts to enjoy your relatives' flesh?

I believe the females of my family have strong faith.

Most of them dont wear hijaab.
That doesnt make them lesser muslims than the ones with veil.

nomad

clearly your unaware of all the suicide bombings that have taken the lives of 1000s of Somali men, women and children.
Many of these atrocities were carried out by burkha wearing fanatics.

If I was guarding a public building in somalia and saw one of these curtain clad, veil wearing shape shifters coming towards me, I pump a few rounds into the veil and ask questions later.

so ?

they also wear shoes and jackets should that also be banned?

just because someone commits a crime while wearing a veil does not justify the banning of veil.
