I think its the same everywhere. Don't get confused by Ahlu Sunnah concentrated in one area and Al Shabab in southern Somalia

all Somalia are suufis. remember wahaabiya come somalia 1980s whit Saudi Oil money. and they spread the country during the civil war. SUUFIYA is still dominant way of islam whole Somalia.. the only reason people think cental somalia has strong suufi presence is those central region of somalia did resistance against WAHAABIYA invation and they won the war agains WAHAABIS. but other regions SUUFI did not do resistance against wahaabi infation..

Not a Somalis are Sufis 65+ percent are Sunnis Ufff allow being Sufi and spinning around and cebrating fake bida celebrations. Alhamdulilah nearly all Somalis don't label themselves and see themselves as Muslims only. But the ones who follow the innovated path of Sufism May Allah guide them to the correct path Ameen ya Rab!
