What does he gain from it :?
Hmm, nothing really. Just helping out his clan. But then again, due to the 4.5 system, Dir clans had to be over represented.

2016 expect Issa to run for presidential elections. I think Somalia will see its first Issa president. They are slowly creeping into the Somalia political scene. They are currently stronger than 90% of the somali sub clans now politically in somalia

So? they represent people who live inside the country. Somalia is for all Somalis? people need to stop thinking like that, Somalis from Ethiopia,Djibouti and Kenya dont think this way, marka why should we?
Because Somalia was founded on Pan Somalism. It's a homeland for all Somali's. Somalia is for all Somali's, even those who have lived most of their lives in the US and UK.

Do u think an Issa or Degodia should not be granted citizenship in Somalia?

Just for being a Somali? No.

They are handful traitors i remember When Cabdilahi yusuf was sacked they were hiding in Vila Baydhabo Alshabaab shelled the place and 7 of These Dirty woqoyis got killed. Mohammad abdilahi omaar is another idiot. We forbade him to visit his daddies Burial in Somaliland his father was sick for 3 weeks all his family members were besides his bed. Except the Dirty woqoyi Mohammad he has to live with that for the rest of his life. There is a rule i love in Somaliland Which is if they want to return to Somaliland they have to ask for forgiveness
Is that something to be proud of? sick people walahi

He chose to be a traitor thus ur not welcome in our country its simple as that

Somalia's citizenship laws are very liberal. Anyone born in Somalia is a citizen. Anyone who is ethnically Somali is a citizen. Anyone who has at least one Somali parent (mother or father) is a citizen. If you are under the age of 8 years old and Chinese and you are found wandering around Somalia without parents and seem to be lost, you are under government protection and right away you become a citizen

So I guess that's a no. What about an Ogadeen guy born in Kenya, or a Mareehaan born in Ethiopia, do they have a right to be a citizen of Somalia, even though parts of their clans live in those other countries?
