Qaldaamiinta hanoo shaqeystaan, soo lacagta soo gasha meesheeda ma joogeyso. Can't be mad at that.

Ciyaal, one dude in Xamar for awhile now said that the locals are getting sick of all the dayuusbaro isbaaroos in the capital; jobs, women, and hiking up the food prices.

The northerners are skilled tradesmen and they will bring prosperity to Mogadishu. Let us remember it was Jirde hussein and Unlaaye who were the richest somalis in the olden days, both from Somaliland and Puntland respectively. Slanders and Planders invest in MOG town

ciyaal warta,

it could be those who lived in xamar back in the day who returned to reclaim their properties.

but be more specific. How many have you met/seen so far?

That word is ambiguous because standard Somali, spoken in radio, tv even in the Somali parliament is the Somali dialect thats spoken in northern(Somaliland) and central Somalia aswell as the Somali region of Ethiopia so how can we be qaldaans when the news anchor in xamar is using standard Somali to reach out to as many Somalis as possible. That only means one thing.. his native dialect is not comprehensible by all Somalis thus making him the qaldaan.

When did I mention Wanlaweyn? I never used that term to describe Somalis from southern Somalia and never will.

You must be really slow, highlight the posts on this thread that described the ppl of Xamar as Wanlawaynes. Got it now?

There's no beef here, we get called Wanlaweynes, and they in turn get called Qaldaanis, its just the Somali way to greet each other. You need to go somewhere else with your cantarabarash. :steviej:

Somalia is naturally indivisible. The little civil war made separation possible. Open people up to each to travel among each other peacefully and Hargeisa will be using the Somali shilling faster than you can say "green".

There is Turkish,Arabs, non Somali Africans, how are Somalilanders any different. Isn't Mogadishu a cosmopolitan city much like Hargeysa where you can
find Chinese, Somalis from Somalia. Big deal kids, this isn't Gedo.
