Equity:
AUD$60,000-$70,000 Car (Black jeep Grand Cheroke 2011 limited) Fully owned
AUD$11,000 Bike (Yamaha R1) Fully owned
House dbl storey 4 bdr ($500,000) 30% Equity.
Investment 2 bdr apt ($350,000) 12% Equity. renting it out Just bought it 18 months ago so income goes to repayments.
O'seas House/properties/APT Fully owned. Rent Income is a joke though.lol
Savings ($70,000) It will all go once i get married :( Eritrean girls are very expensive these days.

Income:
AUD$1600 A week (Work) 37.5 Hrs PW & 6 weeks annual Holiday :stylin:
$400-500 A week (Business In oz) In 4 way partnership. I get taxed alot :(
$100-$150 a week (Rent dividends from o'seas Properties) I use this money to buy gifts or send to Family.
I will be poor once i get married and i start poping kids, Life in OZ is not cheap for family let alone single people.
Midrigeez, break it down for me how exactly you'd become poor, especially if you're earning nearly 4k a month.
So I clear $6k a month after tax. Half of that goes to the House mortgage, expenses and others is roughly $1500-$2000 a month (Food, petrol, bills, insurance, entertainment and other bits and pieces) so i am left with really $1000 a month spare, imagine another person i would take care off (wife) plus few babies it might just be enough. I am going to sell My bike soon. Do you know how much a wedding/mahr/gifts and gold/honeymoon cost these days??? This country money does not have baraka wallahi easy come easy go.

his lifestyle is expensive. he has saving...lol you are richer than many hard working that unable to save a penny , my family one of them. that is why i want to life just humble lifestyle. once you caught into this materilized life you go crazy and no amount of money is enough!
No my life style is not expenisve, i just invested in few things that i would be comfortable maybe when im 50-60, and leave few things for my kids inshallah when i die and if i have kids. but now i have committed myself to investments for the next 10-20 years so its not my lifestyle its my choice. without the House i would have half my income into my pocket.

Nope Just in a small managerial Position in a large company. $90-100k a year salary plus i have a 25% stake in a business which gets me like $25k a year without me working there. Laakin i am going to sell my share at the end of the year to another partner. I just got a 4% inflation Rise as well recently, My mom thinks i still earn $400 a week though lol she thinks i am miskin, so i give her sometimes $2000 and tell her here mom its my whole month wage because i love you.looool while my brothers and sisters are like  . :D

500 per day plus expenses.
Plus expenses? Are you in NGO? 10K per month is no joke.

No, I do consulting for private companies and NGOs too. WHen I do go to shiddy places like SOmalia, I charge more for hazard allowance. But its hard work with lots of risk hence the high pay off. Am on the fence on going to Pakistan.
