I used to have a coffee, an energy drink (most of the time Red bull) & may be another coffee and always used to get sleepy in class back in college days.

Either it doesn't work for everyone, the body gets used to it or the whole thing is based on placebo effect.

Twist I haven't drunk energy drinks in over 5 years, and I just started drinking Redbull maybe my 5 bottle in a month. I don't like to drink things that will keep up at night, but I guess this aint doing the trick of keeping me energetic.

Though they (the energy drink companies) always deny, there are many claims that they do more harm than good in the long run (claims they contain harmful chemicals and some other scary shit) so if you weren't a regular energy drink drinker you're better off not to be one now.

I can never have energy drinks or caffeine when in planning to do proper studying and stay awake and focused because 3/4 hours on my brain will just hurt. I only have water and the last 2 hours I have an energy drink or something.
